Terms of service

The free check

The free check is an automated test of a public homepage. It is provided as is, may miss issues and is not legal advice. Please only check websites you own or are allowed to test.

The fix service

• Fixed price of $1,490 per store, paid in advance. Scope as described on our homepage.
• You send us your theme file. We return a fixed copy within 5 business days after receiving it.
• You review the fixed theme and decide when to publish it. You can ask for one round of corrections.
• If we can't deliver the scope (for example because the problems sit in Shopify's checkout or a third-party app), we tell you before starting and refund you in full if you don't want to proceed.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee legal compliance, freedom from lawsuits or any particular outcome. We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid, except for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. The laws of Germany apply.
