What we collect

• The store address you enter and the test results for that public website.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, kept for rate limiting so the free check can't be abused.
• If you contact us: your name, email address and message, to reply to you.
• If you buy: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, never your card details.

We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, data center in Frankfurt, Germany), Stripe (payments) and Google Workspace (email). Legal basis under the GDPR: performing a contract or answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Test results and IP hashes: 12 months. Requests without an order: 12 months. Order records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at hello@accessiblecart.com. We don't sell personal information. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to a data protection authority.
